This strategic investment reflects a shift in our end customers' preferences, driven by factors like the impact of COVID-19, which has led to an increased demand for remote work opportunities, and the surging inflation that has driven up the cost of urban homes.

With these changing dynamics, the market is now seeking areas where they can find larger land parcels at more affordable prices, offering greater freedom in their daily lives. In line with this demand, our company will be undertaking a new project to construct multiple single-family homes ranging in size from 1200 to 1400 square feet.
